We host and link to retro and browser games that are—to the best of our knowledge—licensed for free public play.
If you spot something that belongs to you (or your client) and you didn’t give permission, let us know. We’ll move fast to investigate and, if needed, remove or disable access to the content.

2. How to File a Takedown Notice 📝

Send an email to [email protected] with the following info:

• Your contact details – Name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the work – A clear description or a link to the original copyrighted work.
• Location on RetrosGame – Exact URL(s) where the material appears on our site.
• Good-faith statement – Say you believe, “in good faith,” that use of the material is unauthorized.
• Authority statement – Affirm that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you’re the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Signature – A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name counts).

3. What Happens Next ⏱️

• We’ll confirm we got your notice (usually within 24 hours).
• If everything checks out, the allegedly infringing content will be taken down or disabled ASAP.
• We’ll notify the user who uploaded it, giving them a chance to file a counter-notice if they believe it’s a mistake.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure ↩️

If your content was removed and you think it shouldn’t have been, email [email protected] with:

• Your contact details (same as above).
• Description and URL of the material that was removed.
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Consent to jurisdiction – Agree to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or wherever we’re located if you’re outside the U.S.).
• Signature – Physical or electronic.

We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don’t file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringers 🚫

Accounts with multiple valid takedown notices may be suspended or terminated. We really don’t want to do that—please share only content you have the rights to use.
